Intel HD Graphics 4600 Graphics

I have a FULL HD 1080 SONY CX52 LCD screen which I intend to use as a monitor for my future build. My question is for watching videos will the Intel HD Graphics 4600 Graphics be enough? Would I see a better picture if I installed a GeForce GTX 960?

It won't be a better picture so much as better performance, if all you are doing is watching videos though, it should be able to handle it.
