Intel HD Graphics 4600 worth it?

I'm currently building a new budget PC, and I've got two options:

- Get an AMD 6300 with a cheap GPU, and upgrade in the following year or two.

- Get an Intel i5 4670K with HD Graphics 4600 and buy a GPU in the coming year.

Both of these solutions cost the same price, except for the first one I will have to upgrade more components.

So my question isn't about pricing or which company to go for, but it's if the Intel HD Graphics 4600 will be enough to play certain games during the few months before the purchase of a real GPU.

I know it will be able to play Minecraft, but will it be able to play something like Battlefield 4 on low/medium settings with a stable fps?

Stick with the Seasonic PSU, it's one of the best units in that price range

You should be fine since most decent cards only require a 6 and/or an 8 pin power connector (the cards come with adapters too so you shouldn't worry yet)

Oh, before you buy anything, scroll down on this link and check the game benchmarks. The HD 4600 isn't as bad as you'd think. It can even run BF4 at low settings at 30+ fps.

This, I honestly suggest going with the HD 4600 for the next ~5 months since the 4670K definitely outperforms the AMD-6300.

I think we all know that the 4670K outperforms massively the 6300 ^^ it was more about if I could stand the Intel HD Graphics 4600 during the few months of my wait.

You might want to include a decent cooler like the Hyper 212 EVO right off the bat for future overclocking and general better temperatures

That's exactly what I was thinking of getting, though I'll get it at the same time as the GPU.
