[SOLVED] Intel HD graphics causing Hal.dll and ntoskrnl.exe to crash (BSOD) ?

I just took off all my PC components to clean off all the dust and set them back nice and clean
PC was working well until I tried inserting an old NVIDIA GPU and a Windows 10 installation
Then I had to take off the NVIDIA GPU as it has become old and faulty (pink & green patches leading to freeze)
I remembered BSODs last time I installed Windows 10, so I reinstalled Windows 8.1 freshly

Now I had to use the Intel HD graphics with the Integrated GPU

The system crashes with BSOD - WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR as soon as I play games like NFS Most Wanted or Euro Truck simulator(opening screen). Also while using normally or watching movies.
The cause is given as Hall.dll and ntosklrnl.exe in the Dump files to my extent of knowledge
There is no issue if I uninstall or Disable the Intel HD graphics driver. However both old and new driver versions are giving this error.

I tested the Memory using Memtest and the GPU using OCCT
They are not giving any errors

Please find below the PC Specs and Dump files in OneDrive :-
https://1drv.ms/u/s!ApjY8vPk8yrvbzJimoHxZvOj72s?e=IHfqgm

Its not that I want to be able to play these age old games in this old PC
I can't let it screw my parents time watching some movie or family videos

Thanks for any help
