intel heatsink fan?

Ive got a P4 2.4b, and im looking for a better cooling solution. Do intel sell the official hsf which comes with 3.06 processor on its own because i heard it was quite good. Does anyone have this and would they recommend it. Ive done several searches but none mention this particular hsf. Is there a website from which i can order it online.

Well no, there's no particular way to order the retail box heatsink, though it is supposedly manufactured by Thermaltake and labeled and for sale by them as the <A HREF="http://www.thermaltake.com/products/sparkp4MenuR.htm" target="_new">"Spark"</A> line of coolers.
