Intel i3 4340 or i5 4670

i have decided to have i3 4130 instead of i5 4670 with nvidia 650Ti 2gb graphic card and 8 gb 1600 mhz ram.
Is my decision is correct or I stick to intel i5 if I want to play high end games with good resolution and frame rates?

You want a better GPU to play high end games, not a better CPU. Getting an i3 and a beter GPU will give you higher fps than getting the i5 with the 650ti.
