Intel i3 4590 at 3.7GHz default?

So on Dual Intelligent Processors 4 (Ai Suite 3) it says my CPU is running at 080.0x37 with no OC. 4590 is supposed to be 3.3GHz. All other programs like CPU-Z say im running 3736MHz.

The i5 4590 runs at 3.3ghz base clock speed with a turbo clock speed of 3.7ghz.

Also the "turbo" means running on one core, not four cores. You have to manually overclock to get all four cores upclocked equally.
