2nd, It's a very close call between the 9100F and the 2400g. (The 8100 & 9100F are almost identical. The 8100 has an iGPU, a rather weak UHD 630 and the 9100F does not) Both of which are very good. The 9100F has a faster single core speed than the 2400g but is a 4C/4T CPU whereas the 2400g is a 4C/8T processor. Since the 2400g has an iGPU, that'll save you a little money there and the iGPU on the 2400g is very good for basic gaming and so even tho you'll not be gaming, it has enough horsepower to do so among other potential workloads that are GPU bound. Pair it with a quality B450 mobo and you'll have a very nice base system.
