Solution
GTX750Ti 2GB performance benchmarks for reference (see my comment on 750Ti vs 750):
http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/ASUS/GTX_750_Ti_OC/25.html

1) I usually recommend 1600MHz CAS9 as the minimum but having said that 1333MHz for most games shouldn't make too much difference at all. Also consider that memory testing usually uses a faster CPU as well (ram bandwidth requirement scales directly with CPU processing power).

If it's a pre-built system he'll have to weigh the pros and cons of what systems are available and I'd put 1333 vs 1600 near the bottom of the list in comparison to the GPU or other components.

2) BF4 on Ultra with a GTX750?

Possibly at a low resolution. A GTX750Ti which is faster gets 38FPS at 1600x900. "MasterDell"...
Ive tested bf3 on ultra settings 1600x900 so much mouse lag with vsync off.
Vsync on still theres a little bit of a mouse lag.
But if im tweaking some settings it improved.,but the presence of lag is still there.theres no option for triple buffering.my monitor 60 refresh rate.
What if i try my cpu on my samsung led tv,will ot improve, will i get more sharper details?

I turned off motion blur, and also turned off the integrated gpu on the bios settings dont know what's causing it. i can play bf4 on ultra settings. i have yet to try FC3, ryse son of rome and tomb raider. how can i use triple buffering? its not on the nvidia control panel,

Im also thinking that my wireless mouse might also be causing input lag.but right now its good on battlefield 3. Im gonna try some tweaking so as to improve gameplay more. Is there an application where i could monitor cpu and gpu temp and fps?

mouse lag is eliminated when i changed it usb mouse, i can play battlefield 3 (finished very short game) and tomb raider (30% progress) at ultra settings. gameplay is smooth now.
no input lag anymore. cpu and gpu temps are good. i tried to use fraps for recording and it seems ok FPS is locked to 60 cause my v sync is on.but using fraps it only showed FPS, CPU and GPU temps and min-max fps doesnt show. FC3 disc seems to have a problem i cant install it.

1) Try using NVidia Shadowplay to record.
FPS drop is roughly 5% whereas FRAPS and other software solutions might be 30% or more.

2) If using HDTV make sure you use the HDTV setup in the NVidia control panel (as long as it works at 60FPS with no scaling issues you're fine).
*Some HDTV's have a "gaming" mode which you should assign to the used HDMI input. This avoids video processing on the HDTV itself which causes additional lag.

3) On HDTV I don't think you can change the resolution in-game. I think it goes by whatever you setup Windows at (such as 1080p or 768p).

4) I noticed you mentioned VSYNC as well as triple buffering when you had lag issues. You seemed to think that would help reduce lag? NO. Quite the opposite. In fact triple is worse than regular VSYNC. I agree that WIRELESS mice can have a lot of lag. I still want one but we're just not quite there yet.

5) *You may be interested at some point in the $50 Steam Link to stream gaming to HDTV's from a PC in a different room (not out yet). It should work very well though I would avoid any wireless in the loop (use Ethernet).

You simply attach your controller (or mouse + keyboard) to the Steam Link once it's attached to your network.

1. ill try shadow play, though im not really into recording and monitoring stuff, i just wanted to see how much games affects FPS.

2. Yup and thanks

3. Noted.

4. im not using my wireless mouse on my gaming needs anymore, actually ive used triple buffering on nvidia control panel it worked on me, i dont experience any lag even on intense battle anymore, i still havent try my pc on my tv yet.

5. internet here is so weak ,it might cause issue in my gaming. but thanks.
