intel i5 4590 vs 4690

is there any difference between the i5 4590 and 4690 that i will notice? Will use it for gaming no sli and no oc. The 4690 is priced much higher here than the 4590 like a thousand Philippine peso more

Nope, it's all in your GPU.

As long as you have any i5 haswell cpu, your good to go.
