intel i5 4670k core 4 not working

I picked the solution by mistake. By cpu id and in bios

In CPU ID, it says that you only have 3 cores in the bottom right?

Can check in MSCONFIG>BOOT>ADVANCED> and see if number of Processors is limited (would set that to 8, will speed up boot process a bit
