No, firstly, the Intel Core i5 3320M is a mobile processor, which is found in laptops.

The HP has a Intel Pentium E5400, which is socket LGA775. You'd have to replace it with another socket 775 CPU for it to work, and even then, I don't know whether the BIOS of the HP would allow for a different processor.

It's not really worth trying to upgrade the HP, you're better off looking to build a new PC or buy one.
