On cinebench, I get 1799-1845 on my system. I am confused because this is a much lower score than average for this CPU.

System
EVGA 1080ti SC2
i9 9900k
M.2 Samsung 970 EVO SSD (250 GIG)
Samsung 860 SATA SSD (500 GIG)
Gigabyte Aorus z390 Master
16 gig DDR4 Corsair Vengence @3200mhz
Corsair CX850M PSU
Notcua DH15 (Dual Fan Mode)
Windows 10 OS

Any input would help, thank you.

the few times i benched mine i hit 20xx to 2248

what OC is your's set at?

keep in mind i RMA'd 3 CPUs, 1 fried from a bad BIOS frying the board and the CPU, but the other two would never make 5.0, the highest either would go was 4.9

Should do over 20xx @ stock.

everything is stock. Just put this computer together today and haven't even touched the bios besides from setting the XMP profile to 1.

So my question is, why isn't it performing as such? The cinebench score is so low...

Could be overheating?
IS XMP enabled in the BIOS.

Temps stay between 50-53 C. XMP is enabled.

So I changed EZ OC in the bios from performance to normal and I hit 2095... Is this a better score for this CPU?

Not too bad. :)
