I'm sure this game will launch finished without bugs, provide an escape to the galaxy far far away where Earth life drama doesn't exist, and not further drive a wedge between people. Yep, definitely get hyped, preorder, buy all the merch, and camp out at Best Buy until launch day. This definitely will not be another AAA dumpster fire with journalists, gamers, pop culture commentators, and developers attacking each other. Star Wars is perfect. This game is perfect. This is no where near true.

Star Wars Galaxies was an open-world Star Wars MMO developed by Sony in 2003! I'm not sure whether Galaxies is the first open world Star Wars game, but it does beat Mark Tyson's claim by 21 years.

Yeah this is every ubisoft game for the last 20+ years (and not just ubi) have you looked at their financials lately?! They are doing fine, and getting a $60-70 game with your CPU is still better than not getting a $60 game with your CPU.
As others have said, every company does bundles from time to time.
