Intel mobile CPUs

Just a quick question, when are the next generation of Intel CPUs being released for laptops? Will it be before September or not? And what kind of performance increase can I expect?

as far as i've read till now it'll be available till the end of this year(not sure but can be released within Q4 of this year). because of some problem caused the delay.
and comparatively it will b satisfyingly better in performance. depends upon the processor u'll use.
