If your motherboard you have now is working upgrading it will not help your performance for gaming.
The Pro 3 is a low budget board but should last the life of that processor until a upgrade is needed.
Look at the Spec-03 case comes with 2 fans and has a bit more room.

Not sure the reason for this comment, Intel doesn't make mobos, they quit back in 2013....there are very few in the retail pipeline left (stockpiled and stagnating), and you might be able to guess as to why, no one wants them. Most people gave up on them around early 2011 with the intro to the 1155 socket (for many of us it went back even further, circa the 1366 and 1156 mobos)
