I would like to buy INTEL BOXNUC7CJYH2 with Intel Celeron J4005 for Android development (with running Android emulator) and to use with graphic tablet (with pen). Or I would buy LENOVO IdeaPad 330-15IGM with Intel Celeron N4000. Which is better choice ?

Not a clue. I have never run an Android emulator. What are the recommended HW configs listed for the emulator you are going to use?

Why I asked about build your own was the embedded motherboards like this -- https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157731 have quad core CPU and support for 16GB RAM. You can build a PC similar in size to a NUC with better specs. This embedded board has a newer CPU but only supports 8GB -- https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157808

Just something to think about.

The NUC you get to pick the storage space, but you have to have a separate monitor and graphics tablet. The J4005 CPU has a higher minimum clock speed. They are both dual core CPUs.

Although the NUC is convenient, have you though about building your own PC?

Depending on your budget you might be able to get a lot more PC.
