Intel or AMD cpu

I am building a new system. I have 2 processors in mind: Intel i5-7600K and Ryzen 5 1600X. I will be using this system for gaming and programming and light video rendering(less than 5% of the time I use the the Pc). Both cost ₹19000 in India. I will be pairing them with GTX 1070 non FE card. Please suggest.

Ryzen 1600. Games are already utilizing more than 4 threads, and an i5 may begin to lag behind as games take advtange of more power. Additionally, the Ryzen will blow its doors off at rendering tasks.

I play games like CSGO, GTA 5, BF1, etc. Any Fps gain with 1600X?

Ryzen 1600 (Non-X), can easily be OC'd to 1600X levels and comes with a beefy stock cooler.
No point.
Also get a B350 board with 4 RAM slots, and 2x8GB of 3000MHz+ RAM.

IF the 7700K is not an option, the R5-1600 is the next logical choice...in my opinion...
