hello guys

I have an Intel Pentium G620 2.6Ghz dual core
is it possible to overclock it or how do i know if its capable in OC-ing? even just a little bit and how in a simple way

and hows this overlock works in a simple explanation.. i have read some about it but i havent got much knowledge to understands it
