Intel provides BIOS update after 6 years for dh67bl. Can someone help me understand the release notes?

Now, BIOS updates are somewhat risky and I don't want to fix what's not broken. So, can someone help out in explaining what is new and if I should update it. Thanks

Looks like Spectre and Meltdown patches. Just google “intel security flaw”
