Intel s1200btl dedicated graphics help

what are the minimum models of video cards that i can use in this pc? I was wondering if a older card "HD7990" with a 650w power supply will work in the system. Any help will be greatly appreciated. (CPU- E3 1220v2) (mobo- s1200btl) (ram- 3 sticks of Samsung 2GB ECC)

Any pcie gpu should work. There is no such thing as a minimum compatible gpu.
