Question Intel serial io drivers wont install?

Hey everyone, I'm having driver issues with intel serial IO drivers not working and triggering the yellow mark in the device manager. I keep getting (code 10, insufficient resorses to complete the api)

I can't seem to fix it. I've tried uninstalling, updating, using old drivers, fresh install of Windows act. Anyone have some advice?

Basic specs
Windows 10
Z390 aorus master
I9 9900k
Asus strix 2080 ti
Evga p2 1000w

Not that I'm aware of, whats an example of a serial device that uses these drivers? I'm installing from the mobo driver list online.

Just for grins, access your BIOS and find the section with integrated devices. Enable the serial port (if disabled) or disable (if enabled). Save and restart your rig and see if the issue resolves itself.

You can also run the Intel Driver app to update all available drivers, if available.

The only setting in the bios I could see was enable or disable "super io" it did nothing either way.

The intel driver support app didn't detect any driver for serial io.

Does the system perform well, otherwise?

Are you sure there was no serial port or parallel port entries in your BIOS? Is your BIOS running in its default settings, or have you changed some settings?
