Question "Intel spec" guide

Hi all,

Fiddling with bios settings at the moment to try and have my 12700kf running at intel specs. I've looked online but can't seem to find any guides or anything showing me what to actually set things to.

Asus gaming tuf z690 plus
Windows 10

Follow the above video. And I would recommend a water cooler rated for 300 TDP

The official specs are
Pl1=125W
Pl2=190W
TAU can be 56sec for a cooler system up to infinite for highest turbo, both are within spec
MCE off
XMP off
Upload pics of your bios pages so that people can see all the settings and see if there is anything fishy, ain't nobody gonna look that up.
