I'm just glad to hear their RealSense business still exists! I was worried about that.
Never used one, but I've head ideas in the past. Back when I was more interested in this stuff Microsoft seemed to massively leap-frog them with Kinect Azure, which I think MS did indeed discontinue (please correct me if I'm wrong!).
The data I'd seen from it looked far cleaner and more detailed than what Real Sense was capable of doing, at the time. I suspect that was due to some neural post-processing, but I didn't really dig into the details. Hopefully RealSense has since caught up!
