i heard of a program intel turbo boost that can boos the amount of ghz and i was wondering if its on my laptop and how to acces/use it? thank you my laptop is asus kv55d i7 core

It's a function of the microprocessor that is supported by all major operating systems. It is not an application, so you don't have to do anything.

There's usually a setting for it in the UEFI firmware settings. It's enabled by default though so unless you disabled it it should still be enabled.
