[SOLVED] Intel UHD Graphics 630 is more powerful than Nvidia Geforce 9400M, correct?

Just to confirm:
Intel UHD Graphics 630 is better in every aspect compared to the Nvidia Geforce 9400M (e.g. the one they use in those old Nvidia NFORCE systems)

Correct?

Also, how is power consumption for both?

If you let's say run Red Alert 2 on both, the newer Intel IGP will use lesser electricity compared to the ancient Nvidia ION GPU, correct?
