This is the message that appears when I turn on my computer sometimes, just started happening.

CLIENT MAC ADDR: D4 3D 7E BD AF A9 GUID: 00000000-0000-0000-0000-D43D7EBDAFA9
DHCP....../

After that pops up and you give it a second this message will then pop up under that.

PXE-E53: No boot filename received

PXE-N0F: Exiting PXE ROM.

Reboot and select proper boot device
or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key...

So after that happens I restart my pc and it launches without the error but I would like to fix this error so I don't have to deal with it anymore.

Here is an image of my Boot Config. Hope this helps.

Solution
Normally none, but in your case something is not working properly. It may be the hard disk that takes a bit too long to spin up, but you may also have enabled an option to decrease the boot time, e.g., Fast Boot, which is causing the issue. Check your settings and make sure the hard disk is given long enough to be ready.

How would i go apon doing that, and it just randomly started to happen is that normal?

On #13 it had : Network Realtek PXE B03 D00

I set that to disabled and restarted my pc, and I didnt seem to run into the same issue, hopefully dont run into it.

Again, thanks for all the help really appreciate it.

i turned on my pc today and it kept coming up with the same error Reboot and select a proper device... So i re-enabled that #13 Network Realtek PXE B03 D00 and it seemed to work.

Unfortunately re-enabling #13 didn't resolve the issue. The real issue is that the hard disk is not always detected and the error "Reboot and select a proper device" occurs because it can't find any device to boot from. Enabling PXE won't help and you should still get the same error.

so what should i exactly do from this point to resolve this error.

These are the options for #13

UEFI Hard Disk
UEFI CD/DVD
UEFI USB Hard Disk
UEFI USB CD/DVD
UEFI USB Key
UEFI Network
USB Hard Sick
USB CD/DVD
Hard Disk: WDC WD10EZEX-00RKA0
CD/DVD: HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH24NS95
USB Key
USB Floppy
Network : Realtek PXE B03 D00 (Currently Selected)
Disabled

Let #13 disabled since you can't boot from the network. Next time you get the "Reboot and select a proper device" error, insert a boot CD or DVD to see if it works. You could also check if there's a setting to allow a bit more time to detect the hard disk; that way it should be ready when the system tries to boot from it.

Disabled #13
When i go to boot device menu it lists the following

UEFI: Built-in EFI Shell (Currently Selected)
SATA4: HL-DR-ST DVDRAM GH24NS95
SATA1: WDC HD10EZEX-00RKKA0

Also put all the options of #13 in the above message

Again, this randomly started happening is this a normal issue because its never done this.

if it is because its powered off for long enough, what kind of issue does that bring.
