Ok, ok. Here's what they should have done. Re-branded the Pentium as a Dual core with hyper-threading and Overclocking (as in, an i3 with an Unlocked Multiplier, but calling it the 'Pentium' line), and moved the Celeron line up to fill the Pentium's price and performance point.
