intel xhci mode

My motherboard Asus Maximus VII Ranger and I have problem with USB 3.0 Port.

The problems:

USB 3.0 External HDD Drives not recognized or continuously disconnecting/reconnecting with or without manufacturers drivers.
USB 3.0 Flash drives running slow and/or disconnecting often with data corruption/loss
USB 3.0 Flash drives not recognized

When I disable Intel xHCI Mod in Bios, my External HDD and Flash drives works very well but only run at 2.0 speeds.

Can you help me?

I have latest version BIOS from Asus web site, and I have latest version Intel xHCI Mod from Intel web site.

well seems a hardware problem, RMA your motheboard.
