Hi

My Intellitype and Intellimouse software appears to have
installed OK, but when I open Intellitype to customise
the keyboard, there's only basic options. So, the
comprehensive menu of controls just isn't there. I've re-
installed the softare to no avail. What should I do?

thanks

Ben

Did you try the keyboard control panel?

Also, have you selected the proper keyboard in the Keyboard Options in
the Control Panel? If you didn't select a keyboard during the install,
you will end up with a generic keyboard with no special keys or
anything. Also, what version of IntelliType\IntelliPoint have you
installed? Version 5.2 was recently released and I would suggest using
them as they are much better than the 5.0 software.
