Question Intel's "F" processor encoding inquiry

Hi I am a little bit confused because nobody is giving me an accurate answer!

Can I record on OBS with i3-10100F/i3-10105F? Is there any cpu encoder (like x264) on these processors? (Have GT 1030 so there is no NVENC)

Also will I get any display output if I use "F" processors without a GPU?

QuickSync is Intel's name for their dedicated video encoding/decoding core. It is not present on F processors.

And no, by definition, you can't use the display output on an F processor. You can't get display output without a graphics processor somewhere any more than you can still breathe if your lungs were removed.
