Interesting topics for a Youtube channel

I have a channel on Youtube where I review and talk about technology, e.g. Raspberry Pi, monitors, laptops, etc.

I was wondering what topics would be interesting to you guys. Is it reviewing the latest and greatest PC components, or some cool projects, etc.? I like what LTT is doing but I can't produce videos at the same rate neither do I have access to the same tech components

I don't want to just blindly do what others are doing in the space.

I found that tutorials are great and get a lot of views, but I also don't want to keep doing that or at least I don't want to make it my primary topic.

Linus can do that volume of videos because he literally has a whole staff behind it. Its not just the one guy.
They are basically producing a TV show.

Focus on what YOU are good at. Develop your own style, your own look and feel.

I think reviews about the latest smartphones and particularly the 5G smartphones could be really good. Perhaps, you can tell about the latest MediaTek Dimensity and Snapdragon 5G chipsets as well that have a lot of audience.
