Yes.

"Verbose" mode during post would list action by action as the system started up and went through BIOS eventually getting Windows to launch. Displaying the actions slowed boot time.

End users could disable the boot process display and thus reduce boot time.

Once boot finished then the Windows OS would be responsible for capturing Windows related events.

Glad my understanding was accurate. Another potential culprit to run by you, I had my CPU undervolted, -30 to all cores. Any chance there?

Will defer to those who regularly and continue to work/tinker with such things.

Two thoughts to offer:

1) Without knowing the details per se I would not expect undervolting to cause intermittent problems.

2) Plus one of the first troubleshooting steps would have been to stop undervolting - especially if there were no problems prior to undervolting.

One of the first steps I took was removing RAM OC, but I don't believe I ever touched my undervolt during the first stages of troubleshooting. I'll remove the undervolt, turn of fast startup and see if anything changes. To be honest though, I'm likely just going to go back to my am4 system if these steps don't resolve the issue. Troubleshooting to this extent is exhausting , so here's hoping 😕
