Question Intermittent problem when both sticks of RAM are installed ?

my ram sticks are not supported by my motherboard but they normally work fine, but sometimes i get bsod and sometimes my pc does not start with both sticks of 4 gb. Then i put only one stick ram and bingo my pc boots ... what is the problem i dont know please help me sir ???????????

turn xmp memory profile on?
