Intermittent Request Timed out when pinging router

For the past couple months I have been getting very small lag spikes every min or two, which is only really noticeable when playing games, but highly annoying.

I ended up running a ping t- 8.8.8.8 and saw I was getting a request timed out whenever one of these spikes was happening. Eventually I tried just pinging my router to see if it was on my end and not the isp. It appears to be on my end as the same thing was happening. I narrowed the problem down to just this PC by pinging my router with two other PCs in the exact same location I am using the problematic PC in with the exact same network adapter and had zero problems.

Here is a screenshot of what I see with ping -t 192.168.1.1

I have tried ipconfig /release, ipconfig /flushdns, ipconfig /renew, and netsh int ip reset. I have also tried diasabling my firewall completely and ran malware bytes to check for any viruses. There are no settings on my router specific to this physical address. There is no bloatware or anything installed on this computer, just the essentials. I made sure every driver is up to date.

All the other PCs connected to the same router have no issues at all. I am dumbfounded as to why this is happening.

Solution
May I suggest that you look at your other machines and the Lan adaptor settings of each.
And then check the Lan adaptor of the the system you say gives you a lag spike.

See if the settings or options selected for the Lan adaptor of that machine differ.
