Question Internal HDD keeps disconnecting

My internal HDD keeps disconnecting is some way how to identify which one i can see it only in event viewer log.

What is the make and model of your PSU and how old is the unit? Maybe you can include an audio video clip of the entire system while the HDD is experiencing the issue...?

Oh its very random the psu is 4 years old but i have 4 HDD and it seems that only one is having this issue.

The problem which i have now is that i am not able to identify the disk who is having this issue it showes disk number 5 or 6-9 was removed unexpectedly but i dont see that number of disk
