internal storage running out but i have plenty spaces

When i tried to download anything it will says insufficient memory but i have a lot of spaces sometimes it warns me "Internal storage running out" when i check the storage settings the internal storage bar is almost full of the green , green is for apps but the apps is only 900MB i have 8GB total spaces and it says i have 6GB of free spaces...I've tried formatting , clear cache and move apps to Phone storage but i still can't use the remaining spaces

Please also check the android version in this way:
Settings -> Apps -> All apps
Search for "Android System" click on it
there should be a version shown there, see this screenshot:

I read that CPU-Z could be tricked to show fake info.
Try checking CPU with this app:

I did aggressive guess that you are from MALAYSIA? (Sorry if I am wrong)
I see that you have 5GB+ free space. Plug in your phone to PC and see how much storage it shows that's free, if it is same is 5GB+ as you see in phone(if not than how much), copy any data that is roughly 2GB. Please test it out and I think most probably it will fail to copy.

Yes as expected. The SD insight app shows your Internal Storage to be 4GB and not 8GB. That is why PC showed lower storage than what your phone shows. And it is a pretty good reason why you are receiving internal storage running out error. There is no P8s made by lenovo. It is not real lenovo but fake. I need to see your partition details. Download adb kits and extract its content

/mnt/asec is used for apps that you moved to external SD card and so /mnt/secure and also /mnt/obb is used to store large data on your card. If you ignore these and sum up the size of all other paritions EXCEPT /storage/sdcard0 you will get roughly 2.3 GB of storage. Now the /storage/sdcard0 is your SPACE where you can keep your songs, pics and all installed apps etc and this is 1.6GB, if you add this to 2.3 you will get your total internal storage (real one) and its roughly equal to 4GB that is what I suspected and wanted to clarify.

1.6GB is for your all needs, thats why with 900MB of apps and your other data you was receiving Internal storage running out error. You had 4GB of storage but your system is FAKED to show you got 8GB of storage. Just as it is faked to be a LENOVO that it isn't. Now there isn't a solution to this problem because you got 4GB you can't remove the warning because your storage is limited to 4GB but settings->storage is faked to show you 8GB internal.

This is what SD insight app verified too. eMMC is your internal storage and it is also roughly equal to 4GB. This app further adds clarification to the statement that you have 4GB of storage and not 8GB.

Your dad probably bought it because he thought the phone is nice for its price with that specs and brand. Both specs and brand are faked and your dad got badly scammed.

I feel sorry for you about it, but next time when you buy a phone make sure company has actually made such model (P8s in your case) and verify its appearance, inside look and specs with legit one. About device is easy to fake. I would rather save some money and sell the phone to buy another one.
