Question Internal Storage shown as Removable device.

My Built :
Ryzen 3700X
RTX 2070 Super
MSI X570 Gaming Edge Wifi
16*2 (32)GB 3200mHz Ram (Corsair Vengeance)
Storage Devices:

1. Samsung Nvme m.2 970 Plus 500gb (My os drive)
2. Samsung 1TB QVO
3. WD 240 GB SSD
4. 1 TB 7200 RPM 2.5 Inch HDD

My two drives the WD one and the HDD are being shown as Removable devices like it's a pendrive but it's inside my cabinet connected to Motherboard with sata cables.

What should i do ?

Give this a try. I vaguely recall that there might also be a BIOS setting that can cause this. But I wouldn't know with an AM4 board.
