International Mail in Rebate Question

I'm looking to buy a new graphics card (This one specifically: http://)

Specifically the problem is that it is on a Canadian site, but the rebate states that it is $30 USD not CAD.

Does the rebate still apply when the rebate is in USD and the purchase is in CAD? Is it worth 30USD (or ~40CAD) or is it just going to be 1:1 (30USD = 30 CAD)?

I would suggest asking Newegg to get a definitive answer. Likely just an error carried over from the US site.
