They'll be tough to find because of US laws governing technology exports to countries that make the stuff in the first place. I suppose it can be done but would be expensive with licenses and paperwork.

Not a bad idea if you know someone from the US well enough to trust

Also I am pretty sure tigerdirect.com does international orders. Of course shipping is probably going to be high..

have you tried newegg.com or thenerdsnet.com? Sometimes, if they dont do international shipping you can always use a parcel forwarding company like shipito. The shipito guys give you a designated address which you give to the online store and once shipito guys receives it they forward it to you. I have used them several times in the past for the reason being that they were the cheapest and i was at the liberty of buying things from online stores that didnt do international shipping.
