Internet All of the sudden EXTREMELY SLOW

All of the sudden, my internet becomes extremely slow. It’s so slow that pages would not load. When I watch a video, it plays for like 2 seconds and just loads there for all eternity. This applies to all videos. Furthermore, none of my applications will turn on because of no internet, despite the fact that my internet speeds are normal and I am connected. Only this computer has this problem while every other device is fine.

To add to this, I tried troubleshooting the problem and nothing came up.
