Internet Browsers are too slow!! (FIXED/SOLVED)

So I have a old laptop Dell Precision M4400. Specs are: Core 2 Duo 2.5GHz 4GB RAM 80GB Harddisk Nvidia fx 770m (much better than intel stock gpu). So my question is why browsers even Microsoft Edge works very slow? the specs of this laptop are not poor for simple web surfing.
It was working very slow some days ago (when I updated to Windows 10), I updated BIOS and problem fixed, but browsers are still very laggy. In my other devices chrome and everything is working very fast like they should!

Things I've tried:
disabled harware acceleration in chrome
reinstalled windows
uninstalled all unused apps
defragmented hard disk
scanned for malware with windows defender

Any help will be appreciated.
I am using windows 10 x64 pro

Here's the solution:
Go to BIOS of your PC and from there Disable Virtualization Technology!!!
Also update your bios if any update is available.

These two steps have fixed my problem 100%

You might try emptying the browser caches, disabling any extensions and using AdBlocker. You might also try temporarily disabling your antivirus to see if that is causing a problem.

I have no antivirus, I am using defaullt windows defender app as antivirus :v
but I want to tell you that in task manager chrome is using 0 to 2% of CPU!!! This is the thing I think is lagging it. Because CPU usage is very low (extremely low in this case). While the RAM used by chrome is 90mb (max 100mb). Why is it not using more CPU if 80% of CPU is free~!!!!!
