Internet Browsing Problem

i have a laptop that is connected to a network. the connection is fine but later on when i am browsing the internet for an hour or two, the connection has been lost. and i cant load any websites at all but can ping from cmd.

I restarted my pc and there we go. the internet came back, but later on will be lost again. and i restart again and it comes back an so on an so fort.

im tired on restarting over and over again..

can anybody help me through this..

Also tell how you're connected->wifi/lan.

Did you try to update drivers? At least something to try.

I tried both wifi and lan. but same thing happens.

i did not reset the router, the problem is, other laptop have internet and only my laptop cannot access..?
could this be a hardware problem?

I fixed my computer by erasing nortons internet security, I guess something was blocking me from browsing the internet, so that did it for me. Just go to add or remove programs and erase Norton.

If he has norton is it maybe just a setting in norton itself that needs an adjustment.

i dont even have norton, i only have avast free antivirus.

Meaybe that cleaning the cache of the browser will help?

You could also try ccleaner (just the cleaner)
