Okay don't generaly like asking for help straight of the bat but a quick troll through the Internet does not help.
I bought a new laptop 2 days ago and at first no issues p, however after turning it on a second time I had immediate issue with the Internet, it does 1 of three things.
1 connects but doesn't work ( chrome shows a this webpage is not available message )
2 connects and the internet icon has a yellow exclamation triangle and says limited also doesn't work
3 connects and works for a while and then disconnects, after which the whole thing starts again.
I have taken the laptop back to the shop and they had a look at it with them having no problems with their internet. And I have spoken to the Internet provided who weren't helpfull and this seems to be the last option available to me.
Make of laptop
Acer aspire E5-571
Router is EE Brightbox wireless router
Usually there are quite a few devices connects but due to the problem I turn most of them off leaving me with (including the laptop) 3 devices connect to the Internet ( it has previously worked with a total of 9 devices connected and in use
Any help will be massively appreciated
