Question Internet Connection is really bad only on my PC

EDIT: So it appears when I reset my router, my connection on my PC goes back to normal. I did this the other night, but when I woke up in the morning I found that the problem was back and I had to restart my internet again. I've just done this again now because I was having problems, and my computer's connection is fine again. Does anyone have any idea what the hell this is? It's so bizzare.

My internet is really bad only on my PC. I did a speedtest on google and my speed was as low as 0.04 at one point. Currently, it seems to be fine, but when I'm watching videos it will start to buffer and will just stop working completely. When I did that speedtest earlier, I also ran a speedtest on my phone with just the WifI no mobile data obviously and the speed was normal, but my PC was super low.

I've also tried switching from ethernet to WiFi and the connection issues are the same no matter what I use.

Where would I check for that? I went into device manager and checked for updates on Intel(R) Wireless and that said it was up to date but I'm not sure if that is the right one.
