Internet Connection Keeps Disconnecting

My WiFi and LAN keeps disconnecting today and I need to reconnect every 3~5 minutes.

My router spec:
Belkin N600 DB Wireless N+ Router

I would first try selecting different channels for your WIFI perhaps the one you are using is crowded.
If that doesn't work try firmware update to your router. Make sure your Ethernet and WiFi drivers are up to date as well.
Also are you currently using more then one laptop or PC or is it the same one. If it's the same one it sound like and issues with that particular pc. Do phones stay on the network as well?

New Issue: As soon as I plug a laptop into the router VIA USB adapter, the light turns orange and then 1 minute later, its back online. Any fix?

In order to find the best channel try downloading something like "NirSoft" it will display the channels that are being taken up if for instance you see a ton of channels on 6 try switching to 1 or 11 and vice versa.
Whats are you trying to accomplish connecting the Laptop to the Router with a USB? I'm not familiar with any instances where you have to do this other then with serial/usb cable.

Now it seems that whenever I join a wifi network, the router crashes. HELPPPPPP

Have you tried changing the MTU value to 1492
It's been known to fix issues like this.
