Internet Connection Problem

Hi, I can't seem to access the internet, even though when i look at the wifi connection window in my laptop it says connected to the wifi and when i hover my mouse over the wifi icon it just says internet access, I still couldn't access the internet. Not even Spotify. What should I do? I did search for c:\temp in run and it said there is no such thing in my laptop. Is there another alternative? FYI my laptop is windows 10. Thanks in advance !

Have you check the DNS servers?
If nothing is available you can use Google DNS server: 8.8.8.8
