I am trying to directly connect my Ethernet cable into my laptop in order to lower my ping. But whenever I plug it in it says Limited

Ok, how do I do that? :)

It does and frequently has an effect but to answer the OP's question, go to c:\windows\system32 and scroll down to the file named cmd.exe. Right click it and select RunAs Administrator.

A small black form will open and at the Command Prompt C: type
netsh winsock reset catalog
then press Enter. If the command is accepted it will tell you to restart the machine. Do so and see if tat helped.

I already did that with no effect.I also tried to reinstall the drivers for Ethernet, but to no avail.

Didn't get that. :/
I am more than sure everyone has gotten sick from tring to help me 😀
Is there a way of me to re-setup this network? I tried once, but it said I needed a password to connect, and out IPS didn't give us a password.

I enquired as to whether or not your wireless network was working any better than the wired connection.

If you're referring to the password to get into the router, it's frequently admin or password. The login will almost invariably be admin.

Before you make any changes in the router, go into Network and Sharing Centre and click on Change adapter settings. Double click on the Local Area Connection and then click Diagnose. See if that can fix the problem.

I haven't tried connecting the Ethernet cable directly to my laptop before, so I can't tell if there whould be a big diffrence. What I do know is, over wireless packet losses are a huge problem, and the latency is dog s***.And I can login into the router website. Username: admin Password: admin
I tried Diagnosing Ethernet before.Didn't work.I am thinking of giving up 🙁
