Internet Connection Sharing Not Available

Hello,
i have this issue too, i need it for samsung kies air for my galaxy s3.

i dont beleive i have two lan cards. can anyone help me with step by step instruction as i didnt' understand what i read in a similar post.

For Internet Connection Sharing to work you MUST have two LAN cards or a LAN card and a wireless card.
