I've been facing this issue for the past week or so. This is happening on very random intervals like it can happen multiple times a day or none at all.
I cannot notice this issue at all unless i am gaming in which case my game freezes and comes back (i am not getting kicked out) The PC still recognizes it as if i am still receiving internet. Upon trying to open a website during this time it'll show an error message "DNS server cannot be reached"
Debug log on the router has the following lines after every incident:
2024-12-20 22:57:01 [Debug][Debug-Log] static:ETH Port 4 link status changed to Down, Rate is --, Work Mode is --
2024-12-20 22:57:01 [Debug][Debug-Log] static:[L2M]upport state change process. Status=down.
2024-12-20 22:57:01 [Debug][Debug-Log] static:[WAN_MNGT] ipv6 if set wan state down, wan Index=0x10101001.
2024-12-20 22:57:01 [Debug][Debug-Log] static:[WAN_MNGT] ipv4 if set wan state down, wan Index=0x10101001.
2024-12-20 22:57:01 [Informational][Debug-Log] static:SRV_COMM_RegCloudWan [index_0x10101001]
2024-12-20 22:57:01 [Debug][Debug-Log] static:default route is deleted due to wan down
2024-12-20 22:57:05 [Informational][Debug-Log] static:[dhcp6s]dhcp server configure file dns[fe80::101]
2024-12-20 22:57:07 [Debug][Debug-Log] static:ETH Port 4 link status changed to Up, Rate is 1000 Mbit/s', Work Mode is Full-duplex
Tried resetting the router and changing DNS to no avail.
Could this just be an issue on the ISP's end? I really am not very good when it comes to resolving networking issues and don't even have a clue on where to start troubleshooting if there is something that can be done and it is indeed an issue on my end.
