Question Internet cutting in and out on Ethernet

Gigabyte B450M DS3H Motherboard
Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller (unsure if this is built into motherboard or not)
Windows 10
Virgin Media ISP

Tried flushing DNS
Tried Network Reset
Tried starting WWAN and WLAN AutoConfigs
I've tried almost everything i've found online, but still can't seem to find a fix.

Start by replacing the cable with a brand new, factory made, round, cat5e 100% copper cable.
